Engelland v Orr
Lucic v Rupp

Boll vs Bissonette

Why do you guys think Lucic will go with Rupp? It seems unlikely to me.

tomnuetten 01-23-2013 09:34 AM

don´t think lucic will go with rupp (claude wouldn´t like it)..

i think shawn and rupp go for the rematch... and perhaps bickel - mcquaid

Seems Lucic was chirping at Rupp Saturday, figured they'd find one another tonight. I'd like to see Lucic a little more active in the fight department this season, even though he's on the first line.

You think he is scared of him?

Thornton vs. Rupp, round 4 (?)
Orr vs. Engelland, round 3

I think Rupp is scared of Lucic if anything, but I don't think that's the issue for either player here.

It's just not a fair trade-off. Lucic is a first line player while Rupp plays fewer than 10 minutes on the 4th line. Lucic probably wouldn't want to fight Rupp not at all because he's scared, but because he doesn't need to.

I don't think the Rangers are carrying an extra forward so unlkess they make a call up today Bickel should play forward if Asham can't go.

Bickel skated at forward in practice yesterday. He will most likely stay there tonight.

But Lucic has fought guys like Carkner, Orr, and Rosehill. Fighting a 4th liner isn't out of the question with him.

I hope there are some fireworks in Boston-NYR. Nationally televised game as well!
