Subban and Plekanec got into it a practice today.

The new year got off to a bang for the struggling Montreal Canadiens as defenceman P.K. Subban and centre Tomas Plekanec exchanged punches during practice on Monday.

The two clashed during a one-on-one drill. Both dropped their gloves and threw punches until Josh Gorges and other teammates stepped in to stop it.

No big punches landed, neither player was hurt, and both players stayed on the ice as practice resumed.

If the rumors are true and Shelley and Rinaldo are both out, then the WC doesn't have much hope. I hope atleast Rinaldo is in. If not, the only guy on the Flyers who may drop em is obviously Simmonds.

The projected lineups have Couterier, Schenn, and Harry Z as the Flyers fourth line, and Lilja as the 6th d-man. F*cking Lavi. Rupp, Prust, Bickel are projected to be in for the Rags.

So unless something changes Simmonds, Bourdon, and Hartnell are really the only 'frequent' fighters that appear to be dressed for the Flyers, which is terribly disappointing. I expect Simmonds to find a fight, but if the Flyers get ran all game that's fine with me, I'm hoping for a concussion or two to people not named Simmonds and Bourdon.

If I were a Flyers fan, I don't think I'd want Giroux concussed again either!

What's the point of Courturier and Schenn being on the 4th line? Both those guys have 1st and 2nd line potential.

Bickel is in, Woywitka is scratched. Rupp, Prust, and Bickel are all confirmed in. Anyone know yet about Rinaldo or Shelley?

Love the flack leading up to the Winter Classic and all the who hates who stuff and then if Lavi dresses a fourth line like I hear is dressing today----its a slap in the face to real hockey and a slap in the face to all of the fake drama that HBO planned....again I am getting close to being done with this sport.
