I agree that Osgood flopped bigtime and embelished what wasn't much of a poke. But, by the same token, it did lead to all the rough stuff, so I'm actually happy that he did that.

If the other goalie is on the ice, yes. If the other goalie is riding the pine, then he probably will be a no-show.
