Zetterberg still doesnt know that the gloves can come off

As the suspension there shouldnt be one and there isnt. This isnt because Malkin is a star player but because thye rule is there so coaches do not send enforcers in a blowout game to take revenge for something. I remember a few years ago Godard got an instigator in the last 5 because Parker hit flames goalie and Godard didnt get suspened

Who said anything about a crucifying anyone? He took a poke at my goalie. I don't like it. I doubt you would either. In fact I'm guessing you would expect someone on your team to beat Talbot's ass, right? Guess that means the new NHL style has gotten to you too, eh?

You're so ****ing antsy to argue against anything Wing related that you're spinning yourself in circles. It's nuts.

And that was a spear on Osgood... it had no intent to injury I'm sure just to draw a crowd and reaction, and it worked. Osgood sold it a bit in the way he fell backwards but he was ending up on his back regardless, most goalies would do the same...

Hey since we've been talking about ridiculous shiit lately and are really picking at straws here... I'm going to go ahead and call out Pen's goalie MARC-ANDRE FLEURY, WHAT A PUUSSY did you guys see him not come down the ice during that scrum? Osgood was all over Orpik(?) clearly challenging Fleury to come down the ice but Fleury declined and stay in his puussy net...what a puussy! right fellas?

It was his first fight, at any level. I doubt shaking off the mitts so he can chuck knuckles has ever crossed his mind let alone be something he's done or practiced. He did remember at the very end, though. Progress.

The first minute of the video is deceiving, fast forward to 1:25 and watch the slow motion replay where you can see that initially Malkin lands a few jabs with his left hand. This is followed by him swinging the stick, and then a hard left to the back of the head, and a quick right hook/uppercut to the face (as evidenced by Zetterberg raising his left hand). Some shoving, Satan stands him up, then a big right uppercut followed by a bad haymaker. Zetterberg lands one right to Malkin and then 3 rights to the ref. Followed by Malkin swinging twice with his left hand, misses the first one, glances Zetterberg with the second one. Overall, a good fight.

Draw for this time. Such good fight. This is stupid for star players fighting without suspensions. This fight, offcourse both players are stars, but different rules for others player are stupid. Same suspensions for all!!!!

Neither of them had their jersey tied down. Ain't that an automatic misconduct?

Malkin showing some chutzpah at the end of the game. I was bummed the refs jumped in to ruin their dance. Only because it was 2 superstars? Either way, Malkin , and the rest of the team are heading into game 3 with alot of motivation, and the home crowd behind them. Suspension for Malkin? Asinine thought, and it's a non-issue.

This was apparently Zetterbergs first on-ice fight ever.
From what I can see neither guy actually landed anything and from an interview I read Zetterberg says he never got hit and didnīt land anything himself.

For ****'s sake... I guess clamoring for ol' time hockey has really gotten to some of you guys as well. Nary a shred of rational thought left.

Quite a bit of flex on that one...

Yep, and if it were the guy in your av we would be looking at a long suspension and a hefty fine. The NHL is a joke and always will be a joke. The Pens as are big puxxies and Bettman wants every NHL team to be like them. It's his new NHL concept. The funny thing about it the Pen's fans are buying into it hook, line and sinker. LOL

draw Z and malkypuss
