Eric Godard vs Riley Cote

They drop em and square off, they go toe to toe Godard with rights and Cote with lefts. They each land a ton, Godard may have landed a couple extra, then tie up before they each throw a wild punch at the same time, Godards may have landed. After that the linesmen come in.

Edge Godard, great fight.

That's just the way it's going to go."

What a fight! I only watched this game for this reason and it lived up to my expectations.

Definite draw.

Oh man...Godard landed some absolute bombs. Win for Godard but Cote is one tough s.o.b. to take those kinds of shots and not well....die.

Great fight. It was a draw up until Godard's last bomb.

Great fight. Early FOTY candidate for sure.

Cote early with the left, landing a few very good lefts. Godard got doubled over to catch himself, then fired back with some nasty rights, smacking around Cote's melon, who takes a second to get himself gathered, then fires the lefts again. Just kept firing away, they separate late, and Godard comes in with a massive right hand landing. Refs come in after the huge right from Godard.

First viewing, a draw.

EDIT - after watching the replay, and rewatching it, I'm going with a win Godard. Cote landed a few good shots, but Godard's landed with a lot more force it seemed, and he landed a few more.
