The only thing he showed Avery was how to get punched in the face. Simmonds started off decent landing a few shots then Prust took over and landed a bunch of flush shots.

How some of the Philly guys say draw is just pure BS. Wait till you see the MSG replay. Prust landed atleast 5 flush shots to the face in a row that made Simmonds shy away for a bit.

Come on man. Simmonds is just like Avery, he runs his mouth after every play. He did it to Callahan, then hit Avery and ran his mouth and Prust came over and they were jawing then Dubinsky came over and Simmonds continued to run his mouth.

Ha, "a bunch of fists," he landed two at most. Note how Simmonds had no problem going through Prust to get to what he really wants. He only fought him out of duty. Let's seeif a certain someone on your team does the same.

Yeah, come on man, they are just like each other! Just stop dude. Anyways, I will say that if they do fight, it's not a given that Avery would lose, he's not a horrible fighter like some seem to think.

Didn't catch the first two fights, but it sounds like they are typical Prust affairs.

Also, if things get out of hand, I really want Shelley to force the issue with someone, preferably with one of the weaker Rangers to send a message...with Prust already having 2 fights it might be a stretch to see him drop the gloves again, especially with Shelley.

I can see Prust fighting Shelley. I just don't think Prust wants to be kicked out of this game already! Maybe something that can go down late in the 3rd when the game's decided.

Prust only landed 2 real shots. If you want to count all of the helmet shots, and the grazed shots, then they both landed some shots. But actual punches that hit face, Prust only landed 2.

I was talking to my brother about this yesterday. I guess I could look it up, but I am too lazy. I know Shelley hasn't dressed a ton, but he's played in several games and hasn't dropped the mits yet. He's got to if he wants to play at all.
