Downie would have to have landed plenty more punches than Neil to get a win in a fight in which he dove to the ice to end. He didn't and should get no part of a win here. I'll give him a draw because I am not sure if he had a legit excuse to bail.

Narrow win for Neil. It was a draw up until the end where Neil landed a few unanswered lefts.

Are the guys so so BLIND really and not giving the win for Neil???????
Neil with NARROW WIN for better control and he landed more.
He also ended up pretty well, punching his opponent to the ice but no clear knockdown.

I hate people that vote fights following their sympathy for a player, and whoever says Win Downie clearly hates Neil.

Draw/edge Neil...I expected more from Neil here, he should have no problem with Downie IMO.

I am not so sure Neil landed more. I thought Downie was landing cleaner up until the last two lefts by Neil and the bail. If anyone won the fight it was Neil, that is for sure. But I find it funny you calling people blind for calling this a draw while you call it a "NARROW WIN". Is a narrow win that far from a draw?

Neil controlled the bout, he wasnt in any trouble with him though but Neil would should beat clearly decisively a guy like Downie who is punching bag.

First off, Downie wasn't yelling "I'm done". He was saying "head butt", he said it twice to the linesman after the fight was over. You could see Neil talking to the other linesman on the way to the penalty box and smiling about it. Look around the 47 sec. mark, it does look like their heads collide, by accident.

Draw. I lost a little respect for Neil after that one. Fights over, let go of your opponent. I'm not sure what Pig Face was trying to accomplish by pulling down Downie & the ref.? Guess he wanted to be the 1st one to the showers.
