Enjoy it now, the Rags have been known for playing well in the months of October and November, only to see their play drop sharply in the following months. Lest you not worry, it's bound to happen.

Well, I'm not crying, i do want haley back up, but I'm not crying.

Beating up Mike Motau is not tough, sorry.

Obviously, we all know Prust is tough, but Avery, come on, bro.

Mottau vs. Avery

Draw in a decent fight, both landed one at the same time but that was about it.

Martin vs. Prust

Win Prust, Martin clearly was bothered by his shoulder and didn't even attempt anything. Not sure why everyone is hating on Martin, he plays the game hard and has fought some pretty tough customers.

Yeah, his whole career is laughable . . .

I honestly dont care what anyone says, Avery is tough. Everyone forgets the guy is only 5'10 185 lbs and thats probably pushing it. Hes not a 6'2 220lb guy picking on guys 5'10 185.

He is good at what he does. Hes not a guy whos gonna fight every day or fight everytime hes challenged. Hes gonna play his game and thats try and get under your skin and draw penalties and drop the gloves when need be.

Hes been in the league for years now doing the same thing. Avery is gonna be Avery and love him or hate him, the guy brings what everyone here wants to see and thats action, to the game.

That must be why you quote yourself when you are right once a year, you're just not used to that feeling.

The fact that you think anyone cares what impresses you is what is comical. Even more comical is that you have the first post in a YSTB thread about two fights and didn't comment on either, but then when someone crashes your Jets thread you cry for mod intervention. You troll and then cry when someone does it to you. But yeah, others are pathetic.
Pesa on his period again. You shouldn't post about a subject (Avery) so near and dear to your heart when you have such crazy hormones going on.

What "facts" did you provide? The he scored a goal and had a fight. WOW! Thanks for the impressive info. Oh wait you make claims that Avery being called up is the reason for the winning streak. You're terrible. They're on an 8 game winning streak and avery was called up 4 games into it you clown. Maybe take a look at the guy between the pipes if you want to see why the Rags have won 8 straight.

The fact that some of you think Avery is a difference maker is hysterical beyond belief. He's a 3rd liner at best who turtles/declines fights on the regular, has been quoted by other players as a terrible guy in the locker room and cries to the media when someone calls him a f@ggot (which he is).

This is the only thing Avery is good for and the only thing worth acknowledging in your babbling post.

Although Philly has dropped in toughness, they are still tougher then the Rangers are.

Speaking of team toughness when was the last time we saw the NJ devils in the YSTB section? At least Fatso and Patrick Roy are getting play in the NHL Chat forum.

I was happy that the Rangers dress a tough enough lineup that they could force even one of the softest teams in the league to fight twice and that's about it. It was exciting.

The biggest clown move of last night was Martin declining Prust early and then challenging Del Zotto after a clean hit. But go ahead and overlook that with your blatant bias if you choose to.
Because you're unbiased.

Well, most NHL players are tougher than the average human, but as far as hockey toughness, Avery is just not toiugh, sorry. Great pest, but not tough.

Were you on your period when you cried for mod intervention in the Jets thread? You just couldn't take the trolling that you always dish out. WAAAAA, why do they let Canuck2 get away with this? WAAAAAA!

You want facts? You should because you are wrong with everything you typed here. It's a 7 game winning streak, but I said 8 so that's on me. Avery has played 5 of those games and he was a healthy scratch for one game, so even a dimwit like yourself could see how full of shXt you are if you would just wipe Brodeur's money shot out of your eyes and get the facts. He was placed on re-entry waivers Oct. 31 and cleared Nov. 1. he streak started Oct. 31 so he was on the team for 6 of the 7 games and played in 5 of them. At least you called me a clown while typing BS. Now I know why you need the mods to fight your battles for you.

Show me where I said he was the reason for the winning streak. I was just proving he is not the cancer some idiots say he is on this team. One thing I hate are idiots trying to read between the lines when they obviously have problems reading what is right in front of them. What I wrote is all I meant. If he was a lockerroom cancer they would not have started the winning streak when he was called up. If the sensitive girls on other teams couldn't handle him, that is on them. Henry wanted Avery up before he was called up but I guess a biased Devil's fan that has no facts knows more.

He is not a difference maker, he is just part of the team. You are just making shXt up to try and change the debate over to something you have a chance in. Like Henry said before he was called up, "he brings a lot to the table". Why should we think you know more about the Rangers' players than their goalie?

The Simmonds episode was a joke and there is no defending that. There will be more like that for sure, including last night at the end of the first, but as a whole I deal with the BS and enjoy when he fights for teammates and starts trouble. I wouldn't try and talk anybody into liking him but a lot of claims about him are uneducated to say the least.

Someone who loves pointing out other peoples spelling mistakes doesn't even know when to use "than" instead of "then", and I wish that was the only thing wrong with this quote. Maybe if you are talking hypothetical and listing the fighters from top to bottom then the Flyers would win more of the fights but when you look at who actually dresses and what kind of games they play then the Rangers are towards the top. The Flyers aren't while Lavi is still in town. The Rangers lead the league in fights and probably are close in hits, so what the hell are you basing this on?
