Brandon Prust vs Matt Hendricks

Hendricks hits Bouillon and Prust comes over and away they go. Hendricks didn't seem too interested as Prust was the only one really throwing. Not sure if anything landed, maybe one to the side of Hendricks' head which was mostly turned away.

i miss prust, always willing.

Hendricks is going to be busy all year since Oates won't play Erskine and the team is playing like crap.

Game was basically over and Hendricks runs Frankie Boullion into the boards with a very hard but clean hit. Prust doesn't like it at all and he comes over to straighten out Hendricks:

Hendricks vs Prust: Hendricks is kind of flopping around and Prust waits for him to get up and they toss the gloves at the same time. Prust throws two rights one misses and one lands and Hendricks is gun shy, turning his head and ducking away. Prust throws a couple more that miss and two that hit side of the head and Hendricks slips to the ice. Prust lands one while Hendricks is down. Hendricks gets up and wrestles Prust down. Not a good fight and both look kind of ashamed skating to the box. Win Prust who did the right thing sticking up for a teammate.

Prust sticks up for mate and engages Hendricks. Hendricks did not throw much and did not look interested in the fight. Not a good scrap.

Just found out that DJ King is playing for the freekin' Meadow Lake Stampeders.:B)

I like Hendricks, he plays tough and has balls but if they don't dress Erskine or get someone else to handle business he is gonna get hurt in the tough Eastern conference

Good job by Prust to stick up for a teammate. He's definitely added a dimension to the Habs that they've been lacking for a long time. Win Prust.

And what's with Hendricks...is he the Caps idea of an "enforcer"? The guy is a friggin punching bag.
