5 mins. each for squaring off. No fight here at all....Godard tried to get it going a few times, and Laraque just kept backing away....they finally grab on for a second, then they fall down. Draw in a crap fight.

Booooooooooo!!!!!

That had all the makings of a classic HW tilt, and then blaaaggghhh. Oh well. That was their only shot at it too. Between Godard's balance and Laraque's apparant reluctance to come to grips with him made for a pretty disappointing 'fight'.

If he played for NYR or Philly, he would be a god on these forums.

That was just terrible. I'd call it a disappointment, but as exciting as it might sound like to see 2 of the top guys go at it, all too often Laraque's fights end up being just like this. Well, not usually THIS bad. I'm actually surprised when he's involved in an entertaining bout.

no, he would get run out of town. he doesnt enforce anymore, he wins fights on swinging his opponents to the ground. he did it here the last 2 years and i thank god we have a true enforcer/tuff guy in godard.

Why is everyone surprised that Laraque had a bad fight, the dude doesn't like fighting, he has said that a few times, he is just trying to make a living but he will never be like a Probert, that isn't in his heart, too bad because if he was into it he would be a beast
