They drop the gloves and just start throwing bombs, Allen goes down to his knees then gets back up and they keep throwing, then they both go down and are still throwing. On first view it looked like Nolan landed better.

I'm loving Nolan's play this year, but if he's gonna keep playing like this then he needs to ditch the visor, not that Allen gave him a chance to in this scrap.

lot of wild punches by nolan with enough connecting for a win. Allen took em well.

Love the toe to toe...err knee to knee action.

Also, here's another example of why they should scrap the two ref system. Refs get in the way too often whether it's the pucks hitting their skates (remember when they used to get out of the way of that?) or simply getting in the way and falling on guys. Hate this system. It's made officiating worse imo.

not many of those wild swings connected and allen has terrible balance...slight edge nolan in a great fight
