Two teams that are pissed about the way their seasons have gone and it showed in that first period - lots of hits, some good fights - some emotion in a game between two teams out of the playoffs, good to see.

Man, 11 shots for the Oilers tonight...I know they've been hit hard with injuries in the second half, but man are they struggling to ice an NHL worthy lineup. I don't know if they can win another game this season. When you have Vandy has you PP QB, you know you're in trouble...

But at least they're still dressing plenty of toughness! Not going anywhere without a fight...

Janssen vs Vandermeer=Good DRAw(both seemed to land same amount).

Reaves with CLEAR WIN, as he gets his hand going, throwing short but sharp shots, being aggressor of the two and forcing his opponent going to the ice.

Crombeen vs Jacques=Nice DRAW!, because Jacques landed harder!
Crombeen might have landed more but his punches werent as good as Jacques ones as he used to throwing a lot of jersey jabs(which are more worthless to me).

Typical Janssen marathon. Like both these guys.... narrow win CJ.


Win Reaves.... IMO Peckham is overrated.

Draw in Crombeen/ JFJ. Those noogies at the end weren't enough to get a win for me...

Janssen has had a tough year I dont remember him winning a fight, including this one...Guys know his style so they sit back and wait and dont punch themselves out like in the past. He's undersized so you appreciate the effort but some of his bouts lately have been snoozers...

Win Reeves. I liked how he was waving and egging on the crowd to cheer louder in hopes the linesman stepped back and let the two continue. I like guys like that. However i thought the 2 would go again later.

spectacolor fight, I don't know how the refs feel but I would fell disrespected when Crombeen is telling them to go away. They know when to jump in, no need to be arrogant.

Draw. I wish Vandy would fight more. Hes entertaining and seems to love fighting with that grin on his face.
