That was a puzzy move and you don't get a win for that, at least not in my book. He could have dropped the gloves and squared off but he didn't. At the same time I don't really feel bad for Smid because he had the opportunity to drop the gloves first but didn't.

i dont see any suspension for avery. i mean brash suckered boll a couple years back and walker on ward and there were no suspensions. it was a little cheap but imo there shouldnt be a suspension for getting the jump on somebody. i wonder if smid is hurt, he looked a bit shaky on his way to the locker room and i saw the trainer say something to renney who did not like pleased.
