Daniel Cleary vs. Chris Pronger

Pronger hits Cleary into the boards behind the Anaheim net, and they come together behind the net and drop the mitts.

Pronger gets 3-4 good shots on Cleary before he loses his balance, which is when Cleary gets a couple of shots in.

As Cleary's down, Pronger throws a couple of punches, one hitting Cleary in the derriere and the other further up towards the shoulders.

Dan Cleary vs. Chris Pronger

These two decide its time to go after a shift of hitting each other. Suprised to see Cleary so willing with a much bigger Pronger. They square off for a minute and when they come together Pronger threw about three haymakers that didnt look to connect. Cleary responded with a punch and they went down, they got back up and Cleary tried another punch then they fell again and Pronger threw 2 more while Cleary was down.

Win goes to the much bigger Pronger

Pronger with a hige hit on cleary, they meet again at the back of the net and they drop tehm. Pronger starts throwing right and Cleary pulls Pronger down but they stand up again. Pronger starts to throw a few more right and Cleary then turtles.

Sean O'Donnell vs. Aaron Downey

they meet in the blue line and drop em. They both throw lefts and land a few and then O'Donnell loses his balance

Hard one to call... Cleary and Pronger get mixed up behind the play and Cleary asked him, "you wanna go?", probably not the best idea but it gets Pronger off the ice for 5 and he did very well for himself. Pronger opened with a couple rights, Cleary came up short with a shot, Pronger lost balance and Cleary nailed him a couple times while he was on the ice, Pronger got up and took Cleary down and filled him a couple as Cleary took the turtle position and the linesmen intervened.

Cleary really took one for the team here to take Pronger off the ice for 5... he did well for himself I thought, he ended up in a hopefully situation but he landed a couple nice shots

Weight wants Lebda... Weight isn't much of a fighter but unless Lebda has improved drastically from his "fight" last year, he should probably stay clear of Doug Weight

I guarantee he knew he was getting Pronger off the ice for 5.

Big scrum ... Perry and Hudler getting tangled up. Weight drops the mitts and tries to get Lebda to go behind the net, they both get 2 for roughs. This is looking good... I dont know if Downey is in?

Pronger won, no question about that, not even an edge just a win.. I am just glad Detroit is answering the bell

I'm impressed with the Wings' willingness to play a tougher game against Anaheim, and (so far) drop the gloves to back it up.
