Like to see Dubi step up for his teammate that's gone from NY to Columbus with him. They've known each other for a while and it's fitting that it was Dubi for that reason. Not that I wouldn't have liked to see Boll jump in either but obviously that would have been a one way pounding.

Boll vs Bordeleau- draw

McGinn vs Dubinsky- Dubinsky

Funny that both McGinn bros fight in the same night(Tye's first NHL game).

Both my predictions from YSTB forum fullfilled, Boll and Dubinsky dropping them. So excited to see Bordeleau´s 1st regular season bout. Gotta give him the edge, good to see how big potentional he has to KO people. Only matter of time when one of those lands on someone´s chin.

Proud that the AVS produced a new NHL heavy through own system and all that in 2013! Thats more than important for our community

Second that, commentators need to wind their necks in and watch the build up to the fight -bums!

Draw in Boll-Bordeleau, I think people are way too eager to hand out a win, as usual. They both landed some shots, no damage done= draw

I'd give it to McGinn in the other fight, it was short and crappy but what can you expect from Dubinsky, he's sucked since the day he got to the NHL, a perfect example of the watered down NHL, Dubi belongs in Syracuse or some other god forsaken AHL city. He challenges Jamie and Jamie excepts, drops his gloves and starts throwing, is he supposed to wait til Dubinsky gets all ready to go? Ummm...no, if you drop a challenge, you should be ready and then Dubi throws a punch while McGinn is down. Dubi is total garbage, amazing he has an NHL contract.

You must not watch any games. Duby is a good hockey player. When hes not scoring hes working his ass off and will fight even though hes not a great fighter. Besides his cap hit hes exactly what the rangers are missing. Hes a great skater. We def miss him

Well there again, it shows you how watered down the talent pool is if you "miss" Dubinsky.

I've watched him since he came into the league, seen plenty of him to make an accurate assessment of his talent and he doesn't have a whole lot for being touted as a good NHL player. I don't expect him to be Wayne Gretzky or anything but the way people talk about him, I'm supposed to think he's better. Hint- he isn't. He's probably crushed going from Manhattan to Columbus.

Thanks though, I think my line on him is pretty good.

Boll vs. Bordeleau - Draw

I've always liked Boll, and often measure new toughguys against him, because he's tough to hit. While I didn't see much land in that fight, Bordeleau has nice size and reach, and should do good this season.
