Colorado at San Jose 1/26/13
Vote: Ryan O'Byrne vs Brad Stuart Jan 26, 2013
Ryan O'Byrne vs Brad Stuart Stuart laid out Landeskog with a big ass open ice hit. O'Byrne went flying in to go after Stuart. Burish tried to intercept Stuart, but to no avail. Both threw a fair amount of punches in front of the Sharks goal with a few landing from each. O'Byrne had the height and landed more and the better punches. Win O'Byrne. |

That hit hurt Landeskog, he left the ice limping... and the announcer is up in arms about how upset he was to see a fight after the clean hit. I love seeing O'Byrne go in there like that.
O'Byrne got 19 minutes total. Instigator, instigator w/ shield, fight, misconduct. |
San Jose scored on both minors too! Damn... Sharks look good this year.

Holy penalties Batman!
Win O'Byrne from watching it as it happened |
O'Byrne gets 19PIMs for sticking up for his captain, SJ gets a 4 minute power play and scores on both. Not surprised by the calls, its just always odd to me that the team sticking up for their guy gets punished for doing so.
O'Byrne threw some big shots in the scrap and won quite easily. Excited for the replay |
Sharks elbow Colorado captain in the face so O´byrne pounds on a nobody.
Hope Landy is allright Bordeleau spent half of the 1st on the ice hopefully he pounds on some Shark in the 2nd for the Landy hit |
he didn't elbow him.....his arm was by his side. take the homer glasses off guy

im not a sharks fan so i don't give a crap...if you had any clue, you'd know im not a sharks fan. still doesn't mean you're not a homer saying it was an elbow, when it wasn't even close to one.
|
Landy's head was down and Stuart hit him..in my opinion it was a cheap hit, bit O'Byrne whooped his a** anyways so and i have no problem calling myself a homer cause i am
|
It was a clean hit. O'Byrne deserved the instigator and Sharks get ultimate revenge by scoring twice on the power play. That's how you settle the score folks.
