Right off the faceoff, they go. McLaren gets a right free and throws about 10 in a row without an answer. They struggle for position and he lands another clean right to Westgarth's face. Westgarth then gets the advantage and throws 4 or 5 before they go down.

McLaren was unloading on Westgarth, he did manage to throw a few pillow punches late, not sure if anything landed from Westgarth.

Fun fight. McLaren really took it to Westgarth for the first half a fight before Westgarth started to come back a bit at the end.

Surprising win for McLaren. I bet Orr is loving not being the only heavyweight on the team.

Pretty Good scrap. Westgarth failed to get a good hold of mcLearns jersey and McLearn unloaded about five rights with a couple landing solid. Westgarth did manage to right the ship and land a few solid rights in which one landed and stopped McLearn in his tracks. Probable draw edge /mclearn with westgarth landing the best punch and McLearn with quantity .


If Westgarth fights Orr and is that easy to hit it won't be pretty.

Not all that surprising. Frazer McLaren has the tools to be a top heavyweight, if given the chance. Westgarth, on the other hand, is vastly overrated on this site.

Westgarth isn't overrated, he just sucks. Highly dissapointing ever since he got on board in the NHL.

Did you guys notice during the face-off McLaren was playing right wing, while Orr was on the left? This tell me this was premeditated before the game. Most likely during the warm up.

Not a bad tilt, especially for McLaren. He got off some pretty good shots that seemed to land.
