I love what 22 is bringing to the Wings. He may not be a HW, but he's shown more heart than any pansy that's worn the winged wheel in a while.

Jordin Tootoo vs Steve Begin:

Fight starts off a face off, both guys shed the mitts in the corner and drift out towards the blueline. After a long square off, Begin lunges in with a great straight left that looked to land and they get in close and away we go! Begin is throwing rights, throwing 3 and landing 2 dandies! Than they go toe to toe with Tootoo throwing 5 bombs landing 3 lefts and Begin throwing 3 rights, looked like he only landed one though...Tootoo throws two more big rights and Begin is off balance and grabbing legs. Tootoo straightens him up and lands a big right and Begin counters with two big rights of his own and Tootoo bodyslams him to the ice. They exchange good jobs while down and Tootoo is leaking from what appears to be a broken nose. Great quick fight, Draw.

Begin vs Tootoo

Very strong showing by Begin in a to short, but spirited fight.

Begin landed that good first left, but, as the fight when on, pretty even exchange between the to.

Good Draw.

begin first fight in 3 yrs... thats what determination is all about... steve begin. he was almost retired and then started trying to get back in nhl-game-shape for a whole yrr... and hes back in the nhl...

No doubt! Tootoo needs to be riding shotgun with a heavyweight though!

Hell of a fight, can't give that anything but a draw. Begin early, then he tried to quit while he was ahead and take Tootoo down. Can't blame him as Tootoo held him up and landed a beauty of a right. These guys were pumped up after that. Love the announcers, too. Can you tell they're starved for some fights?

Win Tootoo. Steve tries to take Jordin down by grabbing his legs near the end. Begin did as good as could be expected in that one.
