Well, Sestito must have gotten one good shot in. At the end of the period they showed Lucic on the bench and his lip is split open. Great game so far. I like how Philly isn't showing any fear toward Boston as they've been taking runs at Lucic, Chara and McQuaid.

Horton hits Sestito from behind near the endline, and Bourdon comes in on Horton and a scrum ensues. Horton and Bourdon drop the gloves but the linesmen intervene. Too bad. The original penalty on Horton stood though, and Hartnell scores on the ensuing PP. 3-2...

Sestito is having a heck of a busy game though. He is out on the ice again now.

My team, down a whole sh*t load of its best players, is playing hard, hitting, fighting, and losing on the scoreboard to some extent because of bad calls. I was happy that a powerplay resulted from Schenn's awesome hit; I fail to see what is "new NHL" about that.

I'm not a fan of the instigator penalty but it is a rule and that was a blatant example of it. Perfectly clean hit and as Schenn skates up the ice there's a guy with his gloves off waiting to fight him. I have no problem whatsoever with Kelly doing that but he knew he was gonna get called, which is why it was stupid, and why I was glad, because I want the Flyers to win the game.

More bullsh*t with a brutally quick whistle when the puck was clearly loose.


And it's 3-2 now. And the Flyers are outhitting the sh*t out of the Bruins.
