Brad Staubitz vs Bryan Bickell

Bickell took a big run at Getzlaf along the boards with a big, clean hit. Staubitz came flying in to fight Bickell. Staubitz threw a couple rights to the back of Bickell's head while Bickell couldn't get loose to throw anything. They wrestled a bit more and then fell to the ice.

also olczyk was bitching after the fact about guys having to fight after big, clean hits.

i said edge Staubitz, if i gave edges, changed it to win, but still feel like a draw. hahaha. aka i need to see it again. i thought Staubitz might have hit him once. Bickel didn't want any part of it.

Listening on the radio and they are saying no way in hell that puck crossed the line. Have a feeling this is going to turn into yet another game full of ****ty calls.

i didn't see ANY way it went in. the net was on it's way up and off by the time it went in, in my opinion.

they just said on the Hawks broadcast that the net wasn't completely off, so they called it a goal.

that's funny as hell cause tim sassone said it was dumb of staubitz to do it because there was no penalty on bickell, but was ok for keith to do it because there was a bull**** penalty (later rescinded) called.

it's sad how one day, one thing is ok for the team they cover to do, but the next when an opponent does the same damn thing, it's dumb or unnecessary.
