Seems to be a concerted effort to get Minnesota kids back playing in the state of hockey.......Shultzie surprised me but Burnsie getting moved showed me nothing is sacred on the wild....On a good day we have an average team with a few stars....2 NHL lines and that is streching it...PMB will never see another minute in a wild sweater..and Tenderness is like Chris Chandler (crystal chandileer) It would seem he is done anyhow..time to rebuild Off season should be interesting

I'm not sure why I even bother watching the Wild anymore. I can't imagin wasting time and money going to the X to watch a game. What a pitiful game at home last night 4-0 shutout loss. Nice job by Fletcher rolling out a bunch of 4th line players and 3rd pair D-man. Why not play Kassian and find out what you have? You know what you have in Veluseless, Ortmeiyer, Peters, etc. nothing. Gilbert is pitiful in his own end.

Mr Leopold, as a fan i was wondering if this was as bad as it is going to get....I am concerned about the stability of the franchise when you go all out to bring two AHL coaches in two years to bring stability to the wild franchise and then this debacle.

I was wondering since we are obviously a glorified AHL team are you going to lower the prices to the X center

I was wondering when you picked up two players who have no business in the NHL and started them if this is an omen of thinks to come!!!


Finally Ortmyer??..Christanson, Peters and the rest of the stiffs..I was just wondering how you actually tried to foist this assortment of misfits on the state of Hockey....The people are actually pretty knowledgeable and do know quality when they see it..If they do not supporthe team it is on your shoulders after all we are not cheeseheads.........

With one final observation..PMB and Tenderness are done many teams have tried to get quality players to replace them...why not YOU??????

I agree. I would not go to the Wild game if the tickets, parking, beer and nachos were all free. The team if full of fringe AHL players. They have only a couple legit NHL players. I understand they have been killed this year with injuries to Big Bear, PMB, Mikko Mauer, Stoner, etc. but your 3rd and 4th lines are just terrible. Our D is pitiful: Falk, Spurgeon, Prosser, Scandela all should be in the AHL.

Personally, I think Spurgeon has been our better D-man. Falk was playing mean and good, then got soft again, wtf!


Marco Scandella seems like a bust, and that saddens me. We should of kept Leddy.

Golfing this am with my Canadian cronies and of course the situation of the wild came up.. 2 of the guys are from Edmenton and they insist that Theo Peckham was offered up first for Shultzie first but the wild wanted Gilbert....Its over and done with but what is wrong with this picture.....Jesus can you imagine the novelty of the wild having a D man with a real set of gonads...It brings tears to my eyes that we have two 6ft 5 in ******* patrolling the blu line...... and the rest are Yeo's yes men from houston....god forbid we have a d man that the other team has any respect for....most teams cant wait to exploit the wild d it makes em look great..after all they only have to pressure them a little and they **** there pants and choke like linda lovelace

Falk, Foster the proformance was terrible... how much longer is Yeo going to put up with the lacksadasical play there are young d men in the minors who merit looking at....Maybe its time to bring in a NHL coach.. you cant fire the team maybe its time to change the upper level to bring in NHL calibre coaching and with the exception of a few to change the players enough is enough......this digusting performance and lack of heart is appuling to the average fan and does not look good for the future with the dearth of talent..I cannot remember a game where the players just quit like tonight Yeo has lost the team

Haven't watched the team since the Montreal game.

93X has the perfect name for them, the zombies on ice. They are pathetic to watch. No emotion, no playmaking, no effort, no reason to watch this club.

They've completely checked out for the year, and so have I.

I may turn them on, just to see how bad it is, or if there is nothing - at all - on the tube... but, this team has lost me.

There is a bright side to everything....The state boys are playing the tourney this week and that is allways worth watching.....great teams, and some dandy players......East is ranked nr 1 which is a strech...and in small schools take a peek at Hermantown if u get a chance..

WCHA playoffs are coming...Congrats to the Rodents for winning league, they deserve it...fine team, lots of heart and play with an edge (take a hint wild)..I personally think there are 4 teams in the WCHA worthy of NCAA playoff seeds but it will not happen with the selection committee....Of course i would love to see Bulldogs vs Rodents for the championship....but alas the Dogs are not the team they were last year........Bruins really want TJ Brown.. wait and see...I really hate to see league disolve and the new super league start but what the hell
