My top three are Gratts,Thornton,and Parros. After that its difficult to put a top ten list together for this past season. I figure Lucic might deserve mention in the top ten for wins over Carkner and Sestito. Barch had a pretty good year fighting wise. Reaves of St. Louis had some big fights. Tough to make a definitive top ten list.

nice list. I think Lucic should be above Bollig tho. I think hes the better fighter

Thats why I never made one for the whole year. Too messed up(the season, not me). And no offence to anyone but I got no idea how Rosehill makes anybodies top 10, even if its a crap year. He only played the last half dozen games.

I think Lucic would beat Bollig if they were to fight, but I feel like Bollig's consistency and fights/game average was very impressive, and warrants him a higher ranking. Had Lucic been a little more active (not that he should be) he'd be higher on the list.

4) Matt Kassian (out of NOWHERE)
5) John Scott (Slides a bit down due to his weakest opponents yet)
6) Matt Carkner (the champ last year, only on this list out of principle and history)
7) Darcy Hordichuk
8) Jody Shelley (May seem a little high but he's 36! Give him some credit!)
9) Eric Boulton
10a) Jay Rosehill (Very solid opponents)
10b) Jared Boll (See 10a)

I'd rather put Carkner who's done jack sh*t on my list instead of Lucic on principle, since Carkner is a legit heavy and Lucic is a power forward who doesn't fight heavy's regularly and hasn't throughout his career. He's only fought a few (Ivanans, Carkner, and Orr, and he ran away from Orr).

Carkner's fight card = Milan Lucic (loss), Joey Crabb (win), Adam Hall (win) and Mark Stuart (win). That's definitely not top 10 material. These lists should really only take into account this season and this season only.

Also, Lucic has fought more heavyweights in his career than you give him credit for:

Jared Boll (2)
John Erskine (2)
Wade Brookbank
Eric Boulton
Chris Neil (2)
Colton Orr
Jay Rosehill
Matt Carkner

And then he's fought guys like Jim Vandermeer, Cody McCormick, Tristan Grant, Nick Tarnasky, Barrett Jackman, David Clarkson, Brandon Prust (2), Mike Brown, Brendan Witt, B.J. Crombeen and Tom Sestito. They may not be heavies, but they're all considered respected fighters.

Carkner shouldn't be on anyone's top-10 list this year. he is a HW and wasn't champ last year. didn't the site vote in boogaard? the big goose egg he laid this year leaves him out. he might have the ability to beat any of the guys mentioned on any given night but he did nothing to deserve a ranking this year. an incomplete, if you will.

Yeah 2-4 pretty good for a #8, A little high

When the hell did Carkner fight Crabb? Crabb has 2 career fights, both this year, against Corvo and Simmonds.
