Either way.... Cry about it.

Does anyone think Orr is better or equal to Laraque because he did a better job against Mitch Fritz. I try and base my rankings on fighter vs fighter, not one fighter vs another's opponent, but I really thought Orr's fight with Fritz showed what he was made of, especially after Laraque nearly lost his fight with Fritz.

It's funny that everybody thinks different when judging a fighter.

I personally don't think you can judge a fighter overall in one season. To me it's important that a fighter is consistent in his showings over 2-3 years, and that's why I think Orr is definitely a top-guy because altough he doesn't have so many clear wins he rarely looses and I think that's the most important thing today, because the majority of fights between the top guys are draw's or edges, if you rarely loose a fight you are automatically a top fighter IMO.

Orr has done well IMO so far, his opponents have been the top guys and Orr held his own pretty good.

Any credible top-10 list should be based on fighter Vs fighter.

Every guy has his nemesis. Or flunk fight.

I thought you were complaining about Orr, you cleared it up by saying you were complaining about this website voting. Like I said, cry about it. I can tell already you're gonna be one of those annoying nit-picker posters.

I don't know, Laraque and Brashear will not be about forever.. and once them two retire then it's an open field for who might replace them, with a number of guys equally as good as each other.

Orr, Godard, McGrattan, Boogaard, MacIntyre, Belak are all of similar fighting ability and anyone of them could have a stand out season like Belak did last year and be the number one..

Orr has already beating Godard numerous times, he has beaten Boogaard both times they fought in juniors, he has a win over Belak, and he's had some close fights with Brashear, Laraque, McGrattan.. Yes he has also lost to Laraque, Brashear, McGrattan, Belak and Godard. But that's the class he is in..

Orr has every chance to be number one so day, but it's all about consistency, and winning the majority of your fights against the top guys, and not dropping silly loses to lesser fighters.

Why not give us some info on why you think he is over rated.. ?.. I don't think he's overrated at all, and when the top ten list for the end of the season came out I thought Orr was just were he should be at this moment. Mid top 10 in the rankings, with the potentially to be higher once he beats either Brashear or Laraque, or puts together a run of wins over other top fighters.

Belak and Laraque have the same age and I highly doubt Belak will play much longer then Laraque. Belak does not belong in the list of the "next ones".

Age has nothing to do with it.. I'm talking about guys that look like they are coming into their prime.. Belak for the last few seasons has got better and better, He's in his prime now. Were I think Laraque hit his prime a number of season's ago and is now just at steady peak, but he will start declining in the next couple of seasons like Brashear...

Belak has no fighting major so far this season and has played 47 and 52 games the past two seasons...I don't see him getting better. He had only 37 FM's in the last 4 years that's an average of 9 fights a year...seems to me like he is more declining then Laraque.

I think like Laraque, Belak's heart is just not into fighting. He had plenty of chances to drop the gloves but he seems disinterested. I can't call someone the Champ if he's not willing to defend his belt.
