I remember him having some good fights and wins some time ago, but the last 2 seasons he didn't do much then wait wait wait wait and throw one bomb that missed most of the times...Lucic IMO is a way better fighter, Asham is more experienced and smart but I doubt he would win against Lucic.
he's had great tilts with rupp, cote, neil and janssen over the last 2-3 years. wtf are u talking about?

I'm gonna go 2-2-6, because with 2 guys like this, I really think it's impossible to call a winner.

Lucic would probably hit alot of helmet. His knuckles will look like Lasagna after a couple of fights. Asham on the other hand, is used to fight taller opposition.

Just a thought...

I'm talking about that I was impressed with Asham some years ago, but as far as I can remember his fights the last 2 years have been boring and reminded me of the Andrew Peters-style.

Besides that now just about every fight that isn't a hugging match is described as a "great" tilt...

As much as I hate to admit it ... I think Lucic would take it... maybe 6-2-2.

I'd like to see him paired off with someone more his stature, like perhaps Rosehill or Rechlicz.

When Asham was with NJ he was practically unheard of. But last season with Philly he had a very good year

I'll take a split... 2-2-6.

Very evenly matched. Ash can throw with both hands, with ease. Has great experience, and has great physical tools in strength, power and balance to stand in there and make the fights even and entertaining.

Looch, has the tools you'd expect in a bigger guy. He isn't like a typical middie or LHW where Ash can bull him around and get him off balance.

Seeing these two go at it would be a fun occasion.

Yeah, I overlooked last season, I had in mind his two seasons before, where he actually sucked and did not fight a lot at all...anyways I still think Lucic would beat Asham more often then not.

Your obviously retarded.
Aaron Asham never sucked, so get your head out of Lucic's ass, because he's not the best middle/light heavy in the league, and it seems like that makes you sad.

I'd say most of the fights would be a draw, saying 2-2-6

Look at his fights/fightcard while he was in NJ. He sucked! His fights where boring and his opponents weak at some times.

I never claimed that Lucic is the best middleweight or whatever...he is a powerforward to me that fights when he has to...I really don't care much what he is considered I don't care about weightclasses...still he is the better fighter to me then Asham.

Am I allowed to express my opionion as you are expressing yours without being offended in a childish way? Thx.

Oh and for the ones that didn't get it: post #11 was sarcastic.

Don't let you fool by the avatar anyways...I'm no homer at all, actually I predict the Bruins to fall flat on their faces this season...dreaming of the Cup is not good IMO.

Just look at what season they had last year...I doubt Thomas can repeat a Vezina Trophy season and Chara a Norris Trophy season. They overachieved last year and IMO they are not as good as most fans in Boston might think.

Anyways thats off topic.
