Lets hope Orr can get this month off started right, as i'm sure it will help his cause for the rest of the season, not to mention his career

Cat Smasher 01-22-2013 04:17 PM

Oh man. I hope he lasts. Hopefully he doesn't get over confident from this fight and doesn't end up tko'd from previous years, but it's bound to happen. Just hopefully not career ending.

I don't think Orr and Scott will fight in the first rematch. That's 3 days before Buffalo's first meeting with Boston.

Engelland I'm not worried about, I'd put my money on Orr if they go.

Carkner I'm not so sure of either. Since the Lucic fight he's seemingly given up on fighting, only going after Hall, Stuart and Crabb since. All three in which were garbage duds. He has lots to prove this year and I doubt he'll want to do that against a leaner and meaner Orr. Plus, he has Boulton backing him up so he's not the go to guy like he was in Ottawa, where Neil was too scared to fight Colt.

Boulton and Scott pose the most threat, imo.

Rupp won't be a problem either.

Damn shame the Leafs don't play Boston for 3 more weeks.

didnt engelland beat orr twice?

lilburtis9363 01-22-2013 04:54 PM

I hope Orr really fuks up Carkner next time since nobody on the Rangers will. Great to see Orr back, you won't find many guys that play as old-school as him

Words cant tell how great it is to have Colton still around. Especially when he was almost burried in ****ing minors. This guy belongs into the show and we will see some big things happen. Just a few guys can match his punching power

I personally look forward to Orr's next shot at Shawn Thornton. That should be the bar-o-meter for how Orr is doing, being as how Throts is about as game as anyone in the league, and is always willing.

We'll also probably see him go against the likes of Parros, Cam, Prust, Neil, Westgarth, and Erskine & Shelley if they actually can get into the lineup

Philly Fan 27 01-22-2013 05:46 PM

hopefully he doesnt have any more concussions issues. he's probably the best enforcer in the league when he's healthy.

Great to see Colton back. One of the worst things the B's ever did was to put him on waivers. Looking forward to seeing a Orr/Thornton bout; they always seem to have some good ones.

That's going to be a lot of fighting for Orr in a short period of time. I doubt he could keep up with that intense fight schedule. But I think its a sure bet against Engelland, he still hasn't really avenged that KO loss.

I think Orr is itching for a big rematch with Engelland. And Engelland will be ready. Should be a good one.

And if Orr does well in this fight and is pretty much unscathed and his hands are still good I think the Carkner one is sure bet as well.

After that I think he'll take a break, but fight only if necessary kind of thing. It really depends how things turn out with the Engelland fight which I think is sure bet. That's if one of them are not dressed or don't get hardly any shifts. (which unfortunately most likely result on them being not in the ice on the same time)

Colton's gonna go on a rampage. There's gonna be blood on the ice, blood in the penalty box, blood everywhere!!!

frankie515 01-22-2013 06:35 PM

Jesus Christ.....one fight where he BARELY beat Scott and now he's the next Bob Probert!
