O'Reilly has shown flashes at times and reminds me of Jones. Too bad O'Reilly was not a product of Terry O'Reilly then the Avs enforcer problems would be solved.

Good game by Varlamov, great to pick up 2 points against the Yotes. Bad new is that Duchene left the game after 2 mins after knee injury..anything new about it?

That is a tough blow to the team. The Avs have been playing mediocre at best but I would dread a lottery pick this year to the Caps. That would really hurt. Call up Bordeleau!

Good post, way to keep the faith!

I have been frustrated at times as it has been up and down all year….so I am hoping they stay hot and level off to consistency instead of taking a major dip. They should pick up some veteran leadership at the deadline. I think they need a grizzled veteran to help the kids

Giguere just made a save of the year with his glove on Jamie Benn. By the way Varlamov ijnured himself at practice.. Cody Mcleod became 1st AVS player to reach 100pims or more in 5 consecutive seasons

An very important win against the Cats!! Sweet to be on a playoff spot at least for a moment. A great evening for Mueller, three points infront of a home crowd. Loved the one timer

Great win against the Kings!! I was expecting Varlamov in the net against them, as he picked up four points in the two past games. Giguere took care of business, too. Great to see Mueller back healthy and scoring and its always gold to see McLeod getting the goal, too..

We are still at playoff spot but we need to win more. Ducks and Oilers should be easy four points, but the two games against Minny will be hard, these people need to win against us.
