I don't mind Powe in the lineup...put him in Pyrola's spot. 27 is freakin useless on this club. The Phantoms will blow this year, give them yet another euro trash player or at least give Klotz and Clackson some help and humor Cote by demoting him. Sheesh...Stevens you're killing me. I just want one of them in. They work their tales off and Asham proved last year he's a legit player. Carcillo's playin great and so is Lappy. Betts...well i'll give him the PK stuff...he's worked hard and done well out there. (5 on 3 kills ftw)

LMAO! Stop, just stop..... Little Lappy and Carcillo would
give that "Super Heavy" all he could handle and then some.
PL3 needs to be in there over Peters. More energy, more toughness.

BTW, this was the first game i watched, and i can already tell our defense plays with more of an attitude. Coburn actually tried to get in guys ways tonight. They cleared the porch more than they did all year last year.

He did though. He ran a couple of guys, even caught someone at center ice, I couldn't see who the Flyer was, and he didn't get a penalty, but while he may not have been mentioned by the announcers, if you were at the game you noticed him. The Flyers just had no one that would have gone with him anyway.

Clarkson did try and get Laperriere to go, but the Flyers won the faceoff in the Devils zone, probably leading Laperriere to care more about that than fighting at the time.

Pyorala will be in Glen Falls by the end of the month.

The only time I seen him taking advantage of the situation was when the score was 4-1 or something like that in the 3rd period. Other than that he pretty much was unnoticed. However he could have been doing stuff that cameras didn't catch on TV. But still if he was running/hitting players the way he should have, it would have been noticed.

I think he could have had a better game, maybe its just me being a little upset with Flyers not dressing tough guys in a game that they belonged in and I wanted them to pay for it.

Peters decked Carcillo at the end of one of Carcillo's shift in the first thus there was no opportunity for Carcillo to even try. Then he knocked a gu over in the nuetral zone in the second. Other than that aside from the 3rd period stuff he was not noticeable.

No one had anything to say to Richards for knocking White over 2 times in one shift...that shocked me.

Wasn't bad? Alright, how much is Peters paying you to
make him look good? I never realized Peters has Public Relations
Taskforce member's strategically placed on Hockey message boards.

he was not all that useless. he threw a couple nice checks and one play he had a hell of a slapshot. he had no one to really fight him so he really had no purpose and could have screwed up much worse.

Lappy isn't the best fighter but if he got in close with Peters he'd
handle himself pretty good against him. I'll remember you said it
because when Peters has his hands full with a little lightweight
and looks like a complete oaf,I'll be hunting you down.

Ignore the dopey devils fans, Peters is the only thing they have to cheer about this season. They stink out loud.

LOL, wow.
First off, Lappy can't fight, he hugs. I love the guy, but he's a terrible fighter. Peters would beat him.
Carcillo is a decent middle weight, thats it. He wouldn't beat Peters either..

get your head out of your ass.
