It was the first time I ever watched him play all that closely and I wasn't impressed.

Ya like i said earlier he let in two bad goals. They won't score four tonight. You would think a normal person would understand that every goalie has a bad game and doesnt mean a team figured it out, but i give people to much credit. 1.97 gaa in regular, like i said no one has figured him out, not on a regular basis.

Get the **** outta here.
Flyers definitely got the benefit of the officiating in game 1. I was damn surprised, I'm not saying the officiating was terrible as they did let them play for the most part which was nice, but the Orange and Black definitely skated more questionable PPs than the Bs.

you'd also think a normal person would be able to separate regular season success w/ post season success. no one figured him out in the regular season, no one played him this often in the regular season, either.

I'm hoping for some rough stuff tonight. And a Bruin's win, of course.

well you don't have to separate it when the success continues into the post season do ya know? you genius. He will be 6-2 in the playoffs after tonight. No one played him that often in the regular season? He played buff 5 times and was 4-1 against them in the regular season. I believe he went 4-2 against them in the playoffs. He also played other teams including division opponents more than 2 to 3 times as well.

yes, you do have to separate the post season and regular season success. the flyers just played the bruins saturday and they are scheduled to play (i think) every other day. no one played against rask this often. playing 8 times over 6 months isnt nearly the same thing as playing 4 times in a week. not to mention, this being the post season and everything, rask is the only goalie the flyers are studying right now. "figuring a goalie out" is much easier in the playoffs b/c you see the guy so much more and only have to focus on him.

did you get that or did it all go over your head?

I certainly cannot remember a Garden crowd so into a hockey team as I have this year in the playoffs. They have been loud in person (I went to a Buffalo game) and on TV. Hopefully the pink hats continues to make some noise and give Boston a big 2-0 series lead in an evenly matched series.

I believe Buffalo just did? Did they not? Or did the bruins get a bye into the second round? So to say no one played the bruins often, is incorrect.Worked well for buff huh.

those goals wasnt weak. the richards goal was due to hard work and a rebound opportunity from crashn the net. The briere goal was sick and also a rebound goal. parents goal was a perfectly placed shot that hit the post and in. the pronger goal was only real goal rask shoulda had

so you think b/c the sabres didnt figure him out, its impossible? awesome. anyway, that wasnt my point. my point was that you made a terrible analogy saying no one figured him out in the regular season so no one will figure him out in the playoffs. its a completely different beast

Briere back to the wing . . . brain cramp by Laviolette in the first place. Giroux back to the middle. Pronger won't be a -2 again tonight. I like my Flyers.
