Sad to say my playoff beard will be gone in a few hours. End of the first period. Though although the Wings played a lot more physical than Pittsburgh, they looked sluggish in general. Seems as though the Penguins were doing a pretty good job clearing the net for Fleury to be the Flower. I say if the next two periods go like the first did, the Penguins will win.

Good luck either way Detroit, may the best team (and fan) win.


Also, Crosby was born 8-7-87, he wear #87, he signed an $8.7 million dollar contract, and today is the 87th game of the playoffs.... If Detroit wins, 87 stores will have insurance claims.

I turned the game for 2 seconds(gave it a chance) saw the weakest roughing penalty in history. Needless to say, back to Phillies/Bosox.

Bull**** call on Hal Gill. Good defense along the boards. Very good defense. Datsyuk was taken off the puck, LEGALLY, and they give him a bull**** call of what? Holding? Interference (despite the puck being on Datsyuk's stick)? ****ing pathetic.
