I have never ever seen anywhere on this site that you said you like fighting

If you can prove me wrong with a post you made that you like fighting (excluding this thread) I'll apologize. Unlike you I'll man up to my mistake

let me guess you going to say "I'm not proving anything you have to go back and look for it yourself"

So does any other Wings fan on here. But you can ask any of them when it's all over and done if it feels complete and they'll tell you NO. I can't bring myself to believe that you 2 guys don't feel the same way somewhat.

Like that's really the difference between winning and losing on a team as talented as Detroit.
OK, but I am not going to second-guess Babcock. I have to trust him as long as he gets results. I doubt he enjoys watching people take liberties on his guys, but he has to make a choice. Yeah the Wings won 5-0 tonight, but most of the experts were questioning their stamina and ability to repeat. I would not have predicted the result, although I expected the Wings to win a close one.

No real Wings fan cares that you picked them to win after picking other teams to do better than them. You are a front running pansy that tries to go with the flow and yet still try to be just another guy here on hockeyfights.com.

Even the most ignorant fuk here sees right through your BS. And there are plenty of them to wit...

Winning the Cup is winning the Cup.

I would like the Wings to have an enforcer, but winning the Cup it the most important thing.

Really? That's exactly what 30 members on this site say about you. Interesting...

No. When I pick who i think will win various series, I pick the team who I WANT to win, as many others would. I hate the Pens more than anyone, so I pick the Wings, plus they're a better team.

OK---From 3-3-09:
Has it been that long, "Hawk? There ain't a player in the NHL that would rather win a fight than the Cup.
Fighting is a great and necessary sideshow, but players want their name on the trophy more than bruised knuckles.
Wings are the best HOCKEY team 4 of the last 11. 'Nuff said.

From 5-10-09:
You are correct. But you seem to forget that the Red Wings win games and championships with their style of hockey. That's the point of the exercise. You would prefer a war of attrition where unskilled goons duke it out after cheap-shotting the skilled players? If that's what you want, go to a minor league game. They are very entertaining. The NHL is about being the best, and best is measured in championships, not stitches.

There's more, but I'm not going to dig them all up. You can check my post history. My theme has always been that I prefer winning. I've been around long enough to see what works.

OK then you got my apology (even though I said not to you a post from this thread) But you backed it up with another one so that works.

Jimbo's making sense, but you WTF? You can't tell me that you don't see anything wrong with what's happened in these playoffs. Yes, you guys are still winning because you are an elite team, but Datsyuk and Zetterberg should NEVER have fighting majors. That is a problem that should be addressed. If they get hurt, you don't get the Cup. If you don't wanna risk shaking up the lineup by bringing up a guy who fights (like that's gonna really make the Detroit Fvckin Red Wings stink.) Then someone currently in the lineup gotta take the reigns.

I don't believe you if you tell me this doesn't upset you as a Wings fan.

I don't get that misty-eyed over it. Detroit doesn't dress any fighters, so I don't expect them to fight. In tonight's game, I think it was obvious PIT took the minor penalty, so why should a Wing offset it? I'd take the face wash and other inconsequential BS and try to score a PP goal.

Yes but unlike you I admit when I'm wrong. That's a grown up thing to do. That alone just shows that your probably a 12 year old who's up too late using the computer without letting his parents know.
