And hey you want to talk about non calls how about the way the wings play, constant interference with other players, constant clutching and grabbing, cheap play but it never gets called. Why because the can hide it. Or Gary Bettman wants them to win. I'm going with the wings are as good at playing dirty and avoiding the rules as they are at acting when hit diving and not knowing how to fight.

If you can't see that the Pens are getting the benefit of the doubt on these calls then you either hate the Wings, love the Pens, or quite possibly both. Constant interference, clutching and grabbing, etc.? Where in the hell are you getting this from? Are you scoring imaginary infractions against the Wings? We're talking about the softest team in the league and the least penalized. You know it and I know it. Since when have the Wings been known to take bad penalties. They don't, and some of the calls reflect the absurdity of the idea that the Wings are getting the refs' favor.

Gary Bettman wants the Wings to win? Yeah right. Bettman wants the golden boy (Sidney Crosby) to win this cup because it will further advance fan interest (or so he thinks). Take the average sports fan that knows nothing of hockey. Which name do you think he will recognize off the top of his head, Sidney Crosby or Pavel Datsyuk? MOST casual observers of the game have at least heard of Sid the Kid, and most people would not even be able to tell you what team Datsyuk plays for if they heard the name.

THE WINGS ARE GOOD AT PLAYING DIRTY? This statement is absolutely laughable and doesn't deserve a response. I'm not sure what league you've been watching, but the Wings are anything but a dirty team.

I've got news for you my friend. This league IS corrupt. Why is that so hard for you to swallow?

Look at the way Bettman has completely transformed this game. Everyone (or at least most people on this site who favor tough hockey) can see that Bettman has an unbelievable amount of power and influence on hockey and has tried to shape the game to his pleasing.

If you don't think Game 3's calls against the Wings were borderline ridiculous, fine. I'm not going to try and argue to sway you otherwise, but to act like the very idea of the league being corrupt is impossible is to not fully comprehend what has happened to the NHL and the game in general.

How clueless are you? You talk about Osgood being good and that's why the Wings didn't get stomped? If it wasn't for Fleurry who faced more shots and better scoring opportunities, the Wings would have a 3-1 lead right now. The officiating has helped the scoring opportunities for the Pens and that is the only reason that Pittsburgh scored their third goal in Game 3. What world do you live in where you can score without shooting the puck? The shots and powerplays are directly correlated idiot.

They did, and that has nothing to do with your assumption that Osgood saved the Wings from getting "stomped." Your theory on Osgood saving the Wings has nothing to do with Pittsburgh getting calls. but to go off on a tirade of how the league is plotting for pittsburgh to win make you look like a 12 year old child. theres no conspiracy here, no matter how much you want there to be one. the series has been called very evenly. as i said, the whistles were kept away in games 1 and 2. hell, there were even more calls against pittsburgh last night. maybe thats an attempt at a cover up
