Man, I hope Avery's good to go. He always brought a lil extra agitation against the Ducks dating back to his Kings days.

Yep. Should be fun. Hopefully we get a multiple fight game with the Rangers-Ducks as usual.

one period done, no fights. How many periods have the ducks gone without a fight now? Seem like a record for them

Yeah, http://www.atdhe.net/index.html has it via justin.tv... It's coming out in pretty darn good quality too.

BTW, it's currently end of the 1st pd. Avery's thrown some hits around and is stirring it. I don't think Parros and Brash were on the ice together for very long, so they haven't met yet.

Yeah, this is a perfect example of how the scoreboard can kill any rough stuff. That blows bigtime.

I went to the game last night and although no fights, Parros did turn down Brash 2 times on one shift and then towards the middle of the third before everyone started getting BS penalties. Also Brown was yelling at Avery from the bench but then did nothing when they were on the ice together. And one last thing, Brookbank challenged Girardi after he knocked i beilive Todd Marchant into the boards and he was hurt. Girardi kept skating away from Brookbank but then Callahan went into Brookbank but nothing more than some gloved punches and pushing.

Smart on Brown's part. Avery would never fight him and Brown would just be sitting in the box with nothing to show for it.

Avery tried to goat Brookbank into dropping the gloves but he didnt. He was his usual pestful self in his first game back. But the ducks were gunning for him all night. He had a few big checks and he got taken out a few times as well. Also Prospal and Koivu were going at it and i thought they were gonna drop the gloves but the refs stepped in. But the ducks went after Prospal the whole rest of the game.
