Komisarek play today vs Calgary? Maybe seen physical games today, some hard tackles and pair fights too. Alex Henry is nice called up, if he replace Brisebois or some other against Calgary,Edmonton,Vancouver and others teams whom play tough.

Guys,
Komisarek is still hurt and its being reported on the Canadiens website that he will be out for another week and possibly two. Alex Henry has NOT been recalled from Hamilton, so Im not sure where that one came from. My two favorite teams going at it tonight, I hope that Roy and Laraque meet up in the heavyweight battle, and possibly Nystrom/Boullion in a solid middleweight tilt, but Im not holding my breath. Should be a nice physical game.

Sorry about that, I understand what you're saying about Henry now. This would have been a perfect game to call him up as well, with Markov having the sore mouth from the other night and the Flames icing a tough team lineup. Unfortunately I don't think we will ever see Alex Henry in a Habs uniform for a regular season game unless something pretty drastic happens to their blueline.

Is this 100% confirmed?
I know Plekanec is out with a sore hand and that Sergei Kostitsyn is drawing in, but I don't see anywhere where Laraque was scratched from the lineup.

Thanks.
Idiot move by Carbonneau, Laraque has finally started to play well, and now you're benching him... for Sergei Kostitsyn who's been floating all season? Against the toughest team in the league? Flawless logic.

Exactly.
I mean, if you really wanted to get Sergei some more playing time, sit out a guy who would be of less use in just such a game, that you know is going to veer towards more physicality. Actually sit Pleks for a night so that he can rest up a bit, and maybe think about how he himself can learn to start playing better this season, because frankly, Pleks hasn't been that impressive, nor has he been willing to sacrifice himself for the puck. Same story as what we saw in the playoffs with him last year. |

Nice to see frustrated Iginla challenged all Canadiens players and last Brisebois. But Breezer donīt warm him challenge. Nice to see Canadiens answer tough by tough. Benching Laraque is stupid think today game.
