Didn't like the last couple episodes at all, especially the finale. Just seemed like everything was brushed under the rug. No real closure. Season 1 definitely kicked its ass. It was so predictable what happened between Lana and her son at the end. The aliens were never explained, the kids were an after thought, the monsignor popped up briefly, Jude died the way she did...just a whole lot of blah. Not impressed at all.

Yeah last episode was lacking.*mentions season 1 spoilers cookie monster* I think it should have been clear how Kit ended up. Bloodyface's son getting killed by Lana, meh. What was the point of backtracking a reshowing bloddyface killing Maroon 5 guy? The aliens and the other science fiction stuff was not discussed, not cool. I wanted this episode to be a blood bath. I do like how at the end they use Jude and Lana words from the first episode. Bloodyface character gets hanged in season 1 by a ghost, and shot in the head season 2, haha. Bring on season 3!

I loved the first half of this season but I agree they kind of lost steam towards the end. Still a very good season though.

Had to work last night, so I DVRd the last episode and just watched it.

Very confusing ending, but here's what I got (which is probably dead wrong lol)

Lana was the true evil as her ambition affected the lives of everyone she touched, even though many were evil to begin with themselves. She had no intention of helping anyone until Kit guilted her into it. Even at the end, she seemed to take a little pleasure in killing Johnny, her son.

Everyone from her son,her lover, Kit, Shelly, Grace, Bloodyface, the Nazi Dr, Sister Jude, Sister Mary, the Cardinal and all of her son's victims we're all killed or took their own lives because of decisions Lana made.

Kit on the other hand was the "good" as his taking care of Grace and even Sister Jude at her end showed and was rewarded with super natural kids and taken to space by the aliens instead of a painful death from cancer. He never held a grudge and forgave. Many time he was willing to sacrifice himself for others.

Maybe I'm reaching, but that's what I got from it.

Now being on the Walking Dead...Lol

That's deep thinking cookie! Lana ambition leading to evils and death.

If I didn't miss anything the psycho Santa Clause never made a return? He put the priest on the cross then went away. I feel like there was a lot of question left on the board....

Yeah cookie, Lana's character took a real nosedive the last couple weeks. Throughout the first 10 or so episodes, you (not you specifically, just in general) were rooting for Lana to get out and expose the asylum and help Jude and Kit and yada yada yada. Then she got the fame in her head and became a real bitch.

In the second to last episode they mentioned the Santa Clause killer went on to kill a bunch more people after putting him up on the cross.
