Interesting interview with Jim Boni (GM Ingolstadt) who stressed that nobody wants to go with Tim Conboy. In the next few weeks Ingolstadt will play Cologne, DEG and Augsburg who all have players who could challenge Conboy. Hope to finally see a real heavyweight matchup. Brett Breitkreuz still with no fight yet.

To be honest I can see his point. Ingolstadt is brutal with Craig Weller, Sean O'Connor and Tim Conboy.

Conboy is acting like the toughest guy on the world, but his balance is horrible and he can be damn lucky that O'Connor and Weller are on his own team.

I am not sure if Breitkreuz would drop the gloves with those big guys.
He is 6.0 and usually trying not to hurt his team with penalties. He really calmed down a lot.
John Tripp or even Charlie Stephens might fight those guys if they have a good guy but I wouldnt expect anything from cologne.

Peter Flache would fight those guys.

Duesseldorf will be really interesting, they play the toughest style besides Ingolstadt and Alex Henry is the best fighter in the league when you ask me.

They could have wars with Ingolstadt, especially after game 1 in ingolstadt at the beginning of the season.

Linesmen destroyed the Wolf vs. Röthke fight. They were in between both players from the beginning on. Wolf threw one punch that connected. Röthke was lucky that the linesmen didn't led Wolf go. I think Wolf is a guy who could go at it with players like Henry or Conboy. I would also love to see Wolf overseas.

I'm really looking forward to the Düsseldorf Ingostadt game. There is definitely bad blood and i think both coaches would let the players settle some things. Can be fun!

Still hoping for Tim Conboy vs. Alex Henry to happen!! But it seems that Conboy suffered a broken hand after blocking a shot yesterday. So on January 13th probabley no fight. Last game between both teams will be on February 17th. Hope both are ready then!

I still think that Weller and O'Connor are both better fighters than Conboy is.

I will be in Duesseldorf watching the DEG vs Ingolstadt Game and definitly hope for some brawls. Turnbull and Rome are willing fighters too.

it says he wanted to fight his buddy and last years teammate Sean O'Connor last week but O'Connor declined because he had a big shoulder surgery this summer.

Nice article. Perhaps O'Connor turned Flache down because he was feared of losing against his former teammate.
