Good list but did you really say Colin Murphy might be the leagues #1 fighter?

But good work on the list some old names that it's good to see still playing hockey. I had thought Clarke Wilm retired.

Jimmy Roy should be the number 1 fighter over Ryan Ready. Ready hardly fights but sticks up for his teamates when needed. He is a boring fighter and losses most for hugging IMO. Also I'd say Charlie Stephens over Serge Payer.

No no Colin Murhphy was just the #1 for Augsburg, I definitly rate guys like Lance Ward or Jean-Luc Grand-Pierre over him.
But now with Augsburg bringing in 6.5 Fighter Paul Flache he would be #2 fighter on the team. but Its still not officiall that he comes.

Paul Flache is a mystery for me, as well as his brother Peter.
Those guys are such good fighters why doesnt they fight more often?

If I could easily beat a guy like Zenon Konopka why doesnt I fight more often on a weak team the Soundtigers had 05/06?

Yeah you are probabbly right with Jimmy Roy. But he has a lot of looses on his fightcard while Ready has a lot of wins. But Roy showed that he can be the #1 fighter for a team when fighting tough customers like Sean Brown and Jason Marshall here in Germany. He has a lot of ballz and is a great Leader.

Brendan Buckley left Germany.

According to rumors we might see Brad Ference here in Germany soon..

Colin Murphy has signed in Augsburg but asked the team that he would rather stay in North-America so they let him go and signed Scott Barney instead.

trouble maker Jere Karalahti signed with Hamburg Freezers. They also have John Tripp, Clarke Wilm and Brad Smyth.

seems like he had his first trouble on ice here.

Robert Francz is back in the DEL after injuries, he is a tough german power forward -

Ryan Caldwell, Yves Sarault, J.F. Boucher are also new in the leaque.

I uptaded the list!

Wade Skolney fought Rich Brennan to help his teammate Wilhelm 2 days ago.
According to a fan it was a clear win Wade Skolney.

Yesterday Wade Skolney got sent out of the game again. His team and the opponent team from Suisse had a fight at the benches and it seems like he fought. His coach Bob Manno also got kicked out of the game.

He is awesome.

as I have said in my first posting Augsburg Panther have a great team and did a great job.-

there was a tournament this weekend where they had 2 games and they started big trouble in both of this games!

in the first game ..

Mark Murphy got slashed so there was a line brawl and Mark Murphy beat the crap out of Rob Brown. They both got a game misdocount ( or however you spell it) They went to the dressing room and later in civil Murphy saw Brown and went after him and beat him again. Fans started attacking the bench and Tomas Slovak slashed after them, their Coach Larry Mitchell nearly fought a Fan and police was standing beetween the benches because teams also fought each other. Matt Ryan joined the brawls on the ice and got a game misdocount for leaving the bench.
I heard they won every fight.

Matt Ryan, Mark Murphy and Matt Olimb got 20+5 and missed the game today. Murphy will mostly get a bigger suspension as he attacked Rob Brown in civil clothes.

Anyway Augsburg made trouble again. Brett Englhardt and Rhett Gordon got a game misdocount for slashing/stick-head butting - They will mostly get a one game suspension maybe more.

during the game Jeff Likens got a misdocount for a cross check I heard and Coach Larry also got sent away from the benches because he talked trash to the ref.
Somehow Likes ended up fighting a player and heat butted the equipment guy/or a guy from the Bad Toelz staff. Adam Borzecki also got a game misdocount for spearing. Accoring to the life chat Augsburg players " attacked " the Bad Toelz bench then.

Its brutal and I am pretty sure some Augsburg players will be in serious trouble now.

its very rare that a player attacks a staff guy from the different bench or that players beat each other in civil and I dont think it has ever happened that one team had so much trouble in only 2 days.

I try to get more infos and maybe pics or videos.

Podo, you said Sean Brown was gone. Did he retire? Or did he go somewhere else in Europe?

I wasn't aware there was more than one. I thought it was just Andre.

How good is Andy Hedlund over there? I skated with him once a couple summers back in a pickup kind of thing.

Thx Podollan for the list.

My guess is the best fighters are Nasreddine and Grand-Pierre. Mathieu Biron of the Frankfurt Lions is probably the biggest guy but he is soft. Maybe in the DEL he learns to use his size a little bit more.

Can't wait to see today's season opener, Köln-Berlin, maybe some bad feelings of the finals are still around.

a bit from the augsburg- tölz game-

@ Ciccarelli,
Grand-Pierre is prolly the best yes. I dont think Nasreddine is that good fighter even he has fought a lot of heavys at the beginning of his career.

Skolney and Lance Ward are also close- Skolney isnt big but unterrated and he has beaten down some big, strong guys and had a narrow win over Ward.

We dont have a real killer heavyweight like Kip Brennan but we have teams with 3,4 fighters like Nurnberg ( Francz,Nasredinne and shawn carter as a decent nr. 3 fighter), Straubing ( Skolney,Maloney along with small but tough Chad Bassen) , Frankfurt ( Lance Ward, Pat Kavanagh, Jason Young, Sebastian Osterlohn etc).
