There are literally too many to post, but some of my faves:

Saving Private Ryan
Enemy at the Gates (despite the horrible love story)
Braveheart
Troy
If you can grab a couple HBO series, Band of Brothers and The Pacific are as intense and perfect as it gets.
The Patriot
The Last Samurai
The Thin Red Line
Cross of Iron (great book as well)
Kingdom of Heaven
300
Alexander has some awesome war scenes, but is very long and hard to watch at times
Centurion
We Were Soldiers
Hamburger Hill

Those'll get you started.

Pretty difficult to beat in my opinion. Good action scenes, comedy, and a good story.

I'd also add The Kingdom, Generation Kill (another HBO series), Into the Storm (HBO series), Over There (former FX series for 1 year, wasn't too bad), and the Gladiator.

King Arthur isn't a bad flick, with Clive Owen. Good action throughout, even if the acting is a bit stale at times.

Defiance is a solid movie.

Last of the Mohicans is another great movie.

Black Hawk Down is never a bad choice.

call me crazy but.....

Band Of Brothers is the best thing i've ever seen on TV, and I'd rank it up there with the best thing i've ever seen in any format.

Love it. One of my favorite movies. I hesitate to think of it as a war movie, but it's ****ing awesome.

The one from the 70's with Fred Williamson and Bo Svenson was spelled with an 'A' in that word.

Not a movie but it's a show, Vic Morrow in the 60's WW2 television series Combat! was great as Sergeant Saunders. He stole that show.
