Whose going to see it?
First time I heard about it, George Lucas was advertising the hell out of it on some talk show.

I am tired of this advertisement taking over the site. It's annoying.

It makes it seem like every white pilot was **** and that if it wasn't for black pilots we would have lost the war. It deserved to be made into a movie but to much bull**** on how the Tuskeege air men were untouchable in combat.

I have read the history of the Tuskegee airman , that claim that they never lost a bomber while escorting them is bullsh!t , they had 27 bombers shot down while flying 179-80 bomber escort missions , still a real good record when you consider the amount they were losing without long range escort ..

They weren't quite untouchable in combat , 66 of the 450 that were sent overseas where shot down and killed in action , 84 killed in training .
They had impressive numbers of aircraft destroyed , 261 in total , 112 in air victories , the rest where destroyed on the ground , they flew over 15 thousand sorties , out of all that flying they flew 311 combat missions and 179 escort missions , just not what they are cracked up to be ..

Impressive numbers.Truth is they got into the war late because of racism and the sheer numbers of allies flying on missions were staggering compared to axis.

The Axis also had lost alot of their veteran pilots due to their fly until you die policy.

You're such an idiot it's not even funny.

It's called dramatic effect. You don't think you've watched and LOVED a movie that used dramatic effect or has taken artistic licnese? Odds are you have.

It's funny how people watch movies and treat them like documentaries.
