The new Robin Hood with Russell Crowe.

It was meh. The acting was very wooden, the action was decent, but the landscapes were far better than I thought.

The Adjustment Bureau

It was alright... interesting concept I guess but it wasn't really what I expected. It was a little cheesy/goofy/light-heartened, I expected something a little more serious, maybe something that might actually get some people thinking. Something more like 1984, but nah it was nothing like that. Borderline chick flick to be honest.

The Pope of Greenwich Village
Ya I know it supposed to be a classic, and that’s really the only reason i watched it. Apart from Rourke the acting was horrible. Eric Roberts might have had one of the worst performance Ive ever seen. Overall, I was expecting a Bronx Tale kinda movie, but got nothing like it.

I had a hard time not putting this movie in the Bad Movie thread....
oh and for you smokers trying to quit, dont watch this movie...
Im pretty sure there is someone smoking in every scene.

The Book Of Eli- Has a lot of great war scenes but the HUGE twist about the book at the end ruined the whole move for me.

Unstoppable.

Nothing special. And having stupid Hooter's corporate tie-in's didn't help the cause.

I didn't really like Megamind - what's with all these great looking animated movies sucking lately - I didn't like Despicable Me either. But with Megamind, considering the cast involved, it should have been way funnier but I didn't laugh once. The animation was great, but still.....was expecting a lot more and felt really let down.

Ghosts of Mars

I like John Carpenter, but once those guys 'talked' it went down a bit.

Julie and Julia.

I can't believe my wife made me suffer through it. Worst film ever. No plot (unless you like women talking about cooking), boring, and a terrible ending.

Complete garbage.

Thanks for the heads up...
I was considering watching them this past weekend with my four year old...
My thoughts were he might enjoy them based on the animation and action, and I might enjoy the hidden adult humor...
Sounds like I made a good choice avoiding them.
EDIT- actually did watch Despicable Me... and yes very Meh. Besides very good animation, Nothing to write home about.

The Road

I saw it on satellite last night and watched it, it was alright. It sounded a lot more bad ass than it was though. It's really slow and not as action packed as I expected but still the general jist, it's worth watching. Got the book haven't read it yet though.

I did too, but the mutants talking was just a little too retarded for me.
