Saw "The Adjustment Bureau" last night. Was surprised I enjoyed it as much as I did. I'd see it again and Matt Damon was pretty damn good in it.

For a good old school punk movie.. Suburbia is the standard IMO.

Atonement. Surprising not really a romance movie but a suspense/war/regret film.

City of God <------ watch it! Very crazy good movie, basically tells the story of drug dealers and etc in the 1970's Brazil. Saving Private Ryanish gun play, very sad film what people will do in moments of selfishness.

Awesome movie, only thing is the ending sucked. But well worth the $6.
Where the hell can you see a movie for $6?

The Way Back - kind of an indy movie with Collin Farrell and Ed Harris - about a group of Russians who escape from a Soviet Gulag camp in Siberia during WWII and walk all the way to India - quite the tale of escape and survival. A lot of walking, not a lot of action, but its still quite a story and the sheer distance these guys walked and the environments they toughed it out in are pretty amazing. Its a good movie, but some may have troubes staying awake through it....

There's a small 8-screen theater around me whose regular admission price is 8.50 but for matinees or if you're a UConn student it's 6.

Up in the air, very good movie. Better then I expected.

Saw, "Night Of The Hunter" today. Pretty awesome camera tricks from a movie made in 1955. RM is 100% manly badass, not to mention he called out all actors back in the day for being wimpy assholes that are into their "art". Gotta love crazy douches like him.

How close to UConn is it? I certainly like the sound of a $6 movie.
