Sick ****ing card, top to bottom

Henderson -150 vs. Diaz UFC Odds at BetDSI Sportsbook

Ben Henderson

The reigning champion comes into this fight off a win against Frankie Edgar. Whether he really deserved the decision against Edgar is in debate but Henderson is the lightweight champion and he is slightly favored in UFC odds in this bout against Diaz. Henderson is now 5-0 in the UFC and he does have some advantages in this fight against Diaz. Henderson comes into the fight with a better record and there is no doubt he has the edge in wrestling ability. Henderson should try to keep this fight on the mat and overpower Diaz. Whether he can do that or not is the question.

Nate Diaz

The time seems to be now for Diaz who has won his last three fights. Diaz is 16-7 in his career but he has shown recently in wins over Donald Cerrone and Jim Miller that he is ready for a title shot. Diaz definitely brings an aggressive style into this fight with Henderson. Diaz will try and wear Henderson out in a boxing duel. If Diaz can get Henderson in the corner he may have a shot to do to him what he did to Cerrone. The problem for Diaz is that he has a very poor defense. He gets hit a lot and he gets punished. What saves Diaz most of the time is that his chin seems to be made of rock and that he bounces back quickly. Diaz is not a great wrestler but he has been getting better and his submission game is excellent.

I think this has the potential to be the card of the year! Really looking forward to this one.

I'm more apt to buy a UFC card now and then if they are going to have free cards like this.

I'm looking forward to Rua vs Gustafsson more than the main event. But this is a sick card.

what an incredible card for a free event.
Regarding the main fight,k Henderson is a machine and has shown me ever since his WEC days that he is pretty much can out work anyone and dictate the pace of a fight.
However Diaz presents a different kind of problem with his striking and submission game.

Im root For Diaz, but realistically i think Henderson is going to win by decision.

Dana said during the press conference that the winner of the Rua vs Gustafsson fight gets the shot at Jones/Sonnen.

I have to respect Diaz's skills but I read an interview with Henderson and he comes across as a pretty straight forward, respectful guy. I hope to get hime in time to see that one.
