Anderson Silva v. Jon Jones is the fight everybody is going to want to see, and really the only fight that makes sense for either of them. Who else does Silva have to beat at 185 or below? GSP could be a fight, but won't have near as much of excitement as Jones/Silva. As for Jones, who else does he have at 205? As great as Jones is becoming, and I like him a hell of a lot more than Silva,..I still don't see him beating Anderson.

At 205 i would say the only real threat to Jones would be Henderson (because of the H bomb he possesses), Gustafsson, and Teixeira. As for Silva there isn't anyone besides Jones in 205 and below who has a legit chance to beat him.

my only thing with silva is that he likes to drop his hands for whatever reason at times during fights. He cant do that against jones

i think they both have a couple of fights left in their own division, but thats what pisses me off about anderson talking about fighting gsp even more. personally, ive never been interested in this fight, silva is just too big. the guy dominates at 205, and people wanna see him against a 170er? no thanks. id rather see him fight bisping or weidman than gsp.

jones has hendo, gustavson and possibly texiera, but id love to see him fight anderson if he finishes the division off. the ufc was talking about a stadium show in brazil in the 3rd or 4th quarter of next year...maybe jones v anderson by then?

having studied no tape, i think it would be the most interesting fight the UFC can offer jones outside of hendo/cormier. i think anderson takes it b/c of superior stand up, but it would be fun to watch.

Bonnar cuts a ton of weight, he was walking around 230 then cuts to 205.
