no one can, but at least the undercards woulda been able to fight still at least. They coulda threw chael in a fight with someone else lol

Maybe i want a promoter to be honest, but maybe i am naive. Dana White states all of his interviews about honesty but in reality he is just a liar and a hypocrite.
the change of opinion is b/c that fighter is now making dana white money. its pretty obvious.

think about the job of a promoter and then think about the word "honest"....

Also, isn't that suspicious that Sonnen started to talk trash way before Hendo pulled out of the fight?

Plus, Dana White is pissed off because he loses money. Not because the undercard fighters lose money, not because the fans wont see the fight. Also, he buries his most marketable fighter because he doesnt accept a fight against a guy who basically earns another title shot for nothing.

That's pretty much sums up DW personality: if you follows his orders, you are the best of the world and a great person. As soon as you refuse, after one loss you will see the outcome.

Thats a good post.

All i wanted to say that DW tries to be different than boxing and in reality he does the same thing. The difference is: he has all the best fighters, except one or two. So he could really decide who he could favour and make more money for the company.

Thats a hypocrite imo. There were several good fighters who were more deserving a shot at the champ than several contenders (imo Hardy-GSP was a joke, Lesnar title run was also a joke, and many more to come). The Lesnar-Carwin fight was the biggest bull**** ever: praising a guy who got his ass kicked until the challenger run out of the gas.

For me its a lie that Dana wants to create a sport: its more about entertainment than anything else.

No he is not. He, just like DW, could convince retards that he could beat everybody. All of Dana White's champions are like this, except when somebody could suprase them in terms of popularity.

I am really curious how he would hype up the Diaz-Henderson title fight.

irrelevent in terms of fighting ability, not the ability of trying to sell a fight to fans

chael sonnen is borderline gay for dan henderson. have you ever heard him talk about hendo? he's been calling him the pound for pound greatest fighter ever.

i am pissed off b/c i dont get to see hendo KO jones. i'm a little upset about the undercard guys losing money, and i could give a **** about dana white making money. the undercard guys are upset about losing money, they dont give a **** about DW either.

chael sonnen lost his last fight.

I don't know why people act upset about Chael almost getting another title shot. What would you guys prefer, Jones vs. Sonnen at UFC 152 or nothing at all?

Of all the MMA fighters in the world I find it hard to believe that there aren't two guys that wouldn't fight each other for a truck load of money as a replacement fight. Throw in a few of the prelims on the PPV, find a decent replacement fight, and keep everybody happy. I don't get canceling everything over one spoiled bitch.

Belfort was UFC's third option after former 205-pound champions Lyoto Machida and Mauricio Rua turned down a chance to face Jones with about four weeks remaining before the fight.

"Yes, Machida and 'Shogun' passed," Fertitta said. "Thank God for old-school real fighters."
