This main card is terrible. Cormier should be ashamed to be this bad vs. a CAN
So far the last few fights are perfect reason why SF should die. Terrrible, retarded reffing, judging, ect. And brutal mismatches....even with crappy finishes |

The reffing you can't blame on SF, they don't choose em. The mismatches, I agree. Holy sh*t was the Main Event a joke.

i actually enjoyed the main event. you could see marquardt's leg getting worse n worse as each round went on. i was surprised at how strong safiedine was, i thought he'd get tossed around. time to bring some of these guys to the ufc. fights i wanna see:
safiedine v. kampmann marquardt v. koscheck/lawler loser cormier v. mir barnett v. big country kennedy v. leben jacare v. lombard/okami winner |

I somewhat enjoyed the card just to see some of the fighters who are going to be coming over to the UFC show case there skills. It's always exciting when a new organization merges with the UFC and you get to see there fighters take on UFC regulars.
I hope Barnett comes over to the UFC I would really like to see him match up against many of the UFC heavyweights. Cormier Is a most likely going to be a future contender in the UFC at either heavyweight or light heavyweight. I expect him to face Frank Mir as his first opponent and I believe he'll have no problem taking Mir out. Mousasi will be fun to watch in the light heavyweight division I'm really curious to see if he can become one of the elite light heavyweights in the UFC. I hope to see him take on Forrest Griffin or perhaps Shogun. That was the first time I've ever seen Saffedine def a impressive performance as I thought Marquardt was likely going to end up being a top contender in the UFC welterweight division. I wouldn't say Saffedine is overall a better fighter then Marquardt but he fought the better fight that given night. I do think Saffedine has what it takes to stick around in the UFC but I doubt he'll be a top contender I'd like to see him take on Kampman as his first fight as I do think you need to give the Strikeforce champ a well rank'd opponent for his first match up. Marquardt I think would be a good next fight for either Pierce, Pyle, Brown or Swick. Jacare I think has a lot of potential to be a top contender in the middleweight division. His striking has become quite good and his ground game is excellent. Herman who is a decent fighter was no match for him at all. I would really like to see him take on the winner of Lombard vs Okami. |

there's no way cormier wasnt fighting on the OKC card. he wrestled for the OSU cowboys, and lives in Oklahoma. he fought who was put in front of him.
i dont understand how he was bad? he basically fought to not break his hands and avoid injury. he has fedor syndrome with his punching style.the gameplan was to wrestle and avoid injury. he had already signed his UFC contract to fight mir.
