Gotta love the lack of details! Never heard of a coach getting suspended for roster violation. What specifically did Kaminski do?

The early rumor is he violated the veteran rule, he released a vet soon after the suspention was announced. But I'm going by the early rumor so this is not set in stone.

With what's going on all over pro hockey the SPHL has really cracked down on roster violations.

I have no clue what Killer did. If I had to venture a guess...Maybe he played a player with visa issues? I know the SPHL has some fierce rules on intentional salary cap violations...Huge team fine and 25 (It may only be 20) points in the standings so I don't think it was something devious.

it looks like they only have two vets (mcneill and miller) so idk if that is the case. the guy that was posted as released in the transactions page is a rookie

Don't know for sure, but Chris Benias and Brent Sands both played in Saturdays game. Benias was traded to them that day and Sands was cut the next. Just venturing a guess that if one or the other had not played, he would have been ok. But, with both of them playing that night, that would mean he either had one too many players under contract or he played a player (Benias) who wasn't yet under contract.
