HUNTSVILLE, AL -
Huntsville Havoc head coach, Randy Murphy, has signed former Havoc forward Dennis Sicard and former FireAntz goaltender Matt Hache.
"We are excited to add Dennis and the potential that he brings with him to our team," Murphy said.
Sicard spent parts of two seasons in a Havoc uniform, playing in 53 games and scoring 20 goals and adding 15 assists. He also scored two goals and added one assist in five playoff games. The Cobourg, Ontario native has scored 42 goals, recorded 36 assists and has 871 penalty minutes in 197 career games. He put up 20 goals and recorded 14 assists in 45 games with the Havoc in the 2009-10 season.
"I really enjoyed my time playing in Huntsville before," Sicard said. "I love the atmosphere and the fans here. I'm looking forward to getting back out on the ice and contributing to the team in any way that I can."
Hache played in six games earlier this season with the FireAntz where he posted a 1-4 record, a 5.46 goals against average and an 82.5 save percentage.
