Cottonmouths' Daniel Amesbury Suspended Two Games
CHARLOTTE, NC - The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) today announced it has suspended Columbus forward Daniel Amesbury two games for his deliberate hit on Knoxville goaltender Connor Toomey in Cottonmouths’ game against the Ice Bears on Friday, November 30.

Amesbury sat out Columbus’ game against Mississippi (RiverKings) on December 1 and will miss their game against Fayetteville on December 7.

Video? If it was obvious Amesbury ran into the goalie on purpose I would assume the goalie's teammates jumped in a did something?

Not a lot of guys in the league can hang with Amesbury, tough dude.

The day after he did it he tweeted "sometimes you just need to start a linebrawl". The guys a trip.
