I heard from sources that are close to the team that he wasn't "let go". I heard it was his decision, and that he said his heart wasn't in it any more and it would be best to get a player that wanted to be there and wanted to play. Got to respect him for that. I liked him too, damn good all around player....

thanks for sharing the info, otherwise i would still be waiting to see his name pop up on somebodies roster anyday now.

Thanks for the info about Robo. That really doesn't surprise me. I had wondered if that may have been what happened. He is a great person and he is wonderful with kids. I was sorry to see him go, but the difference in his play was obvious and I think the team is better for it. If leaving was his choice then I wish him well in his teaching. Maybe this is the best thing for all involved. Hopefully we will see him around at some of the games.

with the signing of Tuomi, there is a change. wondering if they are going to put someone up to trade for this, whole lot of scoring fowards on this team, think they need to look at the other end of the ice.
