There are few wide outs or tight ends in the game that I'd rather see a safety, backer or corner come up to try and stop than Hernandez. The strength, agility, and creativeness he shows in the open field to allude tacklers is simply amazing to watch.

That's why I love watching him after the catch. He doesn't look like a TE at all. It's a little surprising to me that I prefer Hernandez over Gronk. Typically I favor power guys over finesse. Either way, that TE combo is amazing to watch.

I agree they dont have a legit QB. But I've watched every game the past 5 or so years and all of the preseason games this year.
The OL would get every QB killed in this league. Most great QB's in this league are not considered particularily mobile like Brady, Manning etc.
If you've watched the preseason you would see the Cards QB has Zero time to throw the ball when he drops back. It's so bad they've gone no huddle quick tempo in the preaseason.
It's fukin horrible.

I watch a lot of Cards games too as they are my second favorite team. And what I saw in the preseason was a 2nd, 3rd and 4th string QB out play their "starter". That is a huge concern. Yes, the offensive line needs work. And losing Levi Brown only magnifies that problem.

At the end of the day, I don't believe this team can go anywhere with Kevin Kolb at the helm regardless of the o-line.

Yes Ryan Lindley played well against the 2nd and 3rd string defenses like a lot of QB's in this league. And his completion ratio is 51 percent. I hope the cards dont expose him this year to first string D's with our pathetic OL.

Kolb and Skelton are mediocre at best. But they have had no chance really behind our line. It's the worst I have ever seen. DJ Young at times did not get a hand on the rusher. We are not capable of protecting a QB no matter how good he is. The exception would be a guy like Warner who has a QB rating of over 90 against the blitz and gets the ball out quicker then anyone.

No worse than 14-2; I've got 'em at 15-1.

If you were one of the 67 people who thought Adrian Peterson is human, you were wrong.

Ha! Same old story in Cleveland. I didn't like the Weeden pick from the start. 1 interception for every 3 completions today. The team should have just kept working with Mccoy.

And Richardson only getting 2.1 yds/carry was a great start to his career.

I just feel bad for the Browns fans who actually had high hopes going into this season.

lol what were Browns thinking. Drafting a 40 year old QB who played at OSU. At least they setup at least 4 more seasons of top 5 picks to try to get it right.

Who was the last great Big 12 quarterback?

Maybe RG3 breaks the trend this year (although its only been 1 game), but if you look at last year, this is how the Big 12 QB's ranked in passer rating out of 34:

26. Josh Freeman
27. Colt McCoy
30. Sam Bradford
34. Blaine Gabbert

Then this year, Weeden and Tannehill threw a combined 7 INT's today.
