lane kiffin is a crappy coach lol u call the same run play 3 times in a row on a team who stops the run. Didnt really matter much tho, usc is gonna have a bright future with this qb, but he was clearly over his head in this game. Nd and Bama/UGa in the title game. Should be a good one.

Very impressive goal line stand for the Irish.

Notre Dame has a good chance at whoever they play in the title game, whether it be Alabama, Georgia, or Florida. I never think a team doesn't have a chance. No one thought Oregon had a chance against Auburn and they lost on a last second field goal. I'll be interested to see who they play. Their defense is terrific. And I'll duck out of this thread before the homers take over and fights begin....

Yeah how do you go from having the ball on the 2 with 5:30 left, to getting stopped on 4th down with 2 minutes left? That QB was fine with launching it down field, but he missed a lot of clutch throws.

Either way ND deserved it. I said it earlier in the year, typically I hate ND, but this team is tolerable. They don't have a douche clown like Quinn or Claussen at QB and T'eo is an inspiration after what he went through early in the season.

I think Bama will take care of Georgia and roll into the championship as their opponent.

i agree with you to, i have been pretty hard on ND fans. But this team is def tolerable. I do really like T'eo. Very good player. Usc's qb did miss alot of clutch open throws, but this was a big game for it to be his first. He did well considering.

Hell the fu<K YEAH. Once again, the other team was limping off the field in the 4th quarter.

ND work is just beginning. Their next game is a month away, need to say focused. I'm glad some people on here are giving ND the respect they deserve. Whomever is the opponent, it will be a great game. I'm a homer, so I'll come out and say ND will crush whoever they face. Give Te'o the Heisman. I think there should be 2 different Heisman awards, one for offence and defence because, how can voters compare a QB who throws for hundreds of yards and TD'S to a LB who have 7 picks and close to 100 tackles, unfair.

Anybody see the last punt by ND with less thsn a minute left? USC player just about broke the punter's leg and only got 5 yard penalty for it. If USC only needed one score that call would have been huge.

The ND punter was putting on an act, aka diving. T'eo is a great player but won't win the Heisman, he can have the Butkus Award.

i do have some constructive criticism with ND on 2 things i did see last night that i think they need to fix so they will have a chance to win in the NC game. 1st thing is USC's oline pretty much dominated ND dline. ND hardly got to the qb. That has to change when you play bama/uga. And another thing is usc's wrs were open all over the field last night, unfortunately the freshman was in over his head playing in a game of that magnitude in his first start and couldnt get them the ball. I think ND needs to shore that up a bit to. Overall now im actually curious to see what ND has to offer to a team like bama/uga. Should be exciting

If ND plays like that against whoever ends up number 2 then they will get their ass kicked.

Even though it wouldn't last because of the SEC championship game I'd expect Florida to move up after beating up on FSU.

So ND only had 2 sacks and their d-line got dominated, what does 95 yards rushing, 187 yards passing, 5 stops from the one and USC's lowest point total of the year mean?

That's what people say every week...and yet they don't get their ass kicked.

come on dont be a homer, marquis lee was open alllll night long last night bro. If barkley was playing this game woulda been alot different. I was trying to be nice for once, but if you wanna go that route i certainly can. Your Dline had ZERO penatration last night for the MAJORITY of the night. Your dline better play alot better then last night against bama/uga

i thought stats didn't matter.....

anyways you're wrong. the d-line was handled well whether the stats show something else.

the goal line stand was a bit different for me. He ran the same play 3 times over. i was baffled at the play calling there.
